Empowering Workers
RCWA hosts mass and individualized educational events designed to give workers the power and knowledge to create change for themselves. RCWA believes labor rights can be further compartmentalized under the following four categories:
Health and Safety
Right to Organize
Discrimination
Workers Compensation
Immigration Rights
Through this sustainable method of producing change, workers are then empowered to educate others in the community, thus creating a lasting, large-scale impact.
